I attended the Phoenix immersion in April and saw firsthand the quality of the projects — 28 homes running, 25 in the pipeline, all built with the right permits, warranties, and standards. The goal is 100 houses by year-end, and based on what I've seen, they'll hit it. I didn't know exactly what to expect. What I got was something I didn't even know I needed — a group dinner with people who actually care, property tours where you're walking through real projects, not just slides on a screen, and a hike through Sedona that reminded me why I'm doing any of this in the first place.

I'm 72 years old, still working a day job, still learning. And this group made me feel like my goals are not just possible, they're a plan. If you're serious about building long-term wealth through real estate while actually helping people, Housing Alchemy is the real deal.
